Herring in garlic sauce

Herring fillets in a creamy garlic sauce. Lightly fried for flavour and a firmer texture, the herring is wild-caught in the North East Atlantic. Diplomats is a renowned Latvian tinned fish brand, with a history dating back to 1907. The fish is canned using 100% artisanal methods in a state of the art cannery in the seaside village of Engure, on the shore of the Gulf of Riga.

Ingredients: Herring (fish), garlic sauce (water, rapeseed oil, garlic granules, lemon juice, corn starch, salt, sugar, ground ginger, acidity regulator: acetic acid), cold-pressed rapeseed oil. Produced in a company that works with wheat flour, mustard powder, soy and pistachio oil.
