Salmon in brine with lemon

Salmon in brine with a lemon slice. Farmed in Norway and canned by Diplomats, a renowned Latvian tinned fish brand, with a history dating back to 1907. The fish is canned using 100% artisanal methods in a state of the art cannery in the seaside village of Engure, on the shore of the Gulf of Riga.

Ingredients: Salmon (fish), lemon, salt. Produced in a company also handling gluten, mustard, soy and crustaceans.
